0 – 1,000.00                                        $50.00

1,001.00 – 25,000.00                          $100.00

25,001.00 – 50,000.00                        $150.00

50,001.00 – 75,000.00                        $200.00

75,001.00 – 100,000.00                      $250.00

100,000.00 and up                             $350.00

LATE FEE CHANGES

Upcoming Change to Sewer Bill Late Fees

Beginning March 1, 2026, the City will transition from annual sewer late fees to a monthly late fee system. Under the new policy, any sewer account with an outstanding balance at the end of the month will be charged a $10 late fee.
